I am able to help you with a variety of problems that you may be experiencing in your daily life such as anxiety, grief and loss, Relationships and ADHD. I am also experienced with working with addictions and negative behaviour patterns.

Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling stuck, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space to work through what is on your mind and find a way forward that feels right for you. I work in a strengths based way and enable you to look at your own resources and past experiences to help you in the hear and now.
Therapeutic Art using Nature and Creativity
I have a fine Art background and many years experience of using Art, Nature and creativity as a way of connecting with ourselves and each other. I have worked with various groups both inside and outdoors in greenspace and I also work individually with you on your personal goals and to help you to process thoughts and feelings. Creating a record and writing can be really helpful as a way of processing thoughts and feelings
